ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The contract stipulated between Fattoriamansibernardini.com and the customer must be
considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by fattomansibernardini.com.
This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer
declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity), once the online purchase procedure has been completed, he
will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of the articles. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance
selling.
Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to people and/or things,
caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.
PURCHASE METHODS
The Customer can purchase the products present in the electronic catalog of fattoriamansibernardini.com at the time of placing the order and viewable online at the address
(URL) https://www.fattoriamansibernardini.com, as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly
representative of its characteristics but may differ in color and size, depending on the season. All

The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by fattomansibernardini.com. by means of a response via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation
message will contain the Date and Time of execution of the order and a ‘Customer Order
Number’, to be used in any further communication with fattomansibernardini.com. The message presents all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its
correctness and promptly communicate any corrections, according to the methods described in this document.
In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Fattoria Mansi Bernardini guarantees timely
communication to the Customer.
AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS
Fattoria Mansi Bernardini reserves the right to accept orders while stocks last. The items on sale may be temporarily unavailable, in which case the customer will be notified via email within a
maximum of 3 working days from receipt of the order.
SHIPPING
Orders are processed and entrusted to the courier upon confirmation of payment. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total gross weight of the goods (weight of goods plus
packaging) and the dimensions of the package, and are indicated when completing the online order.
We take care of the individual packaging, guaranteeing minimal risk of damage. Delivery of the goods normally takes place within 24/72 hours of shipment. Free Shipping included in the price.
THE CARRIER is responsible for the goods from when they take charge of them until they deliver them and is liable for their loss, damage and delay in delivering them.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the
purchase by indicating a Match reference in the order form atfattomansibernardini.com VAT), has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide
explanations and without any penalty, without prejudice to what is indicated in the following points.
To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to this effect to [email protected] within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, addressed

Always within the aforementioned 10 day period and followed by a confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, sent STRICTLY within the following 48 hours. Once the
aforementioned withdrawal notice has been received, the Fattoria Mansi Bernardini Customer Service will quickly communicate to the customer the instructions on the return method, assigning
a unique RMA code for the return of the goods, which must reach Oasidelverde.net within 10 days from the authorization.
The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packages), kept and absolutely sealed.
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions: the right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the product purchased (e.g.: attached accessories, etc…); the right does not apply to audiovisual products or sealed computer software (including those attached to hardware material), once opened;
the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories, etc.); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box, on which to affix the label showing the RMA number (return authorization code); In all cases, affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product should be avoided; in accordance with the law, the shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the customer;
Furthermore, delivery costs to the customer and any other additional costs highlighted at the time
the order was placed will not be reimbursed;
the shipment, until receipt is certified in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer; in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Fattoria Mansi Bernardini will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain a refund the value of the property (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its
return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request; Fattoria Mansi Bernardini is not liable in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
upon arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.
If the package and/or the original packaging are damaged or opened, Fattoria Mansi Bernardini will deduct a percentage from the refund due, in any case not exceeding 20% of the same, as a
contribution to the restoration costs.
Without prejudice to any restoration costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, Fattoria Mansi Bernardini will reimburse the customer the entire amount already paid, within 14
days of the return of the goods, through a cancellation procedure of the amount charged to the credit card or to by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer’s responsibility to
promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (ABI code – CAB – IBAN – Current account of the invoice holder).
The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Oasidelverde.net. ascertain:
the use of the goods or opening of the original packaging; the lack of the external packaging and/or the original internal packaging; the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, …); damage to the product for reasons other than its transport. In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the headquarters of
Fattoria Mansi Bernardini , available to the Customer for collection at his expense.
GUARANTEES
All products sold by Fattoria Mansi Bernardini are covered by the manufacturer’s conventional warranty and by the warranty provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
APPLICABLE LAW
The sales contract between the Customer and Fattoria Mansi Bernardini is understood to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes
arising from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of his municipality of residence; in all other
cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of Lucca
